Prime Practice Associate Dentists Academy Live Online Workshop Series 2024 - Terms and Conditions: These Terms & Conditions govern the Prime Practice at Associate Dentists Academy Live Online Workshop Series 2024 Competition (the “Competition”) being conducted by Prime Practice Pty Ltd ABN 57 161 578 454 (“Prime Practice”). Entry to the Competition is free and open only to Associate Dentists Academy Live Online Workshop Series 2024 event attendees who are final year dental students, 2022, 2023 or 2024 dental graduates, or are practising Associate dentistsand employees of dental practices. Industry suppliers, dental Practice Owners, dental Practice Managers and anyone associated with Prime Practice are not eligible to enter the Competition. To enter the Competition, eligible persons must complete the contact form on https://www2.primepractice.com.au/associatedentists-lot and attend all five live online workshop sessions by registering their same first name, last name and email in the Zoom session link prior to the session start. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Competition is open from Tuesday 12 March 2024 and will end on the day of the final Live Online Workshop Series session – with actual date to be confirmed and announced to all Competition registrants. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted. There is 1 prize to be won which is a Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 (valued at AUD$499.95). The winner will be determined by random draw conducted by Prime Practice and will be announced the day after the last Live Online Workshop Series – with actual date to be confirmed and announced to all Competition registrants. There must be a minimum of 30 valid entries for the prize to be awarded. All entrants in the Competition consent to their name being posted by Prime Practice and Associate Dentists Academy on their websites and social media accounts if they are the winner of the Prize. The winner will be notified and contacted via the contact details provided to claim their Prize and the Prize must be claimed within 5 business days. The Prize must be taken as offered and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other goods and services. If the Prize is not claimed by the winner, Prime Practice will re-draw a new winner by random draw, but if this second winner does not claim the Prize within 5 business days there will be no further re-draws.
